UTorrent crach when running and when installing

Good day,

After downloading the latest build of uTorrent I tried to install it but the malfunctions and becomes unresponsive. Also launching uTorrent now is unsuccessful, as it also is unresponsive on my Win7 pc.

I haves attached the HiJackThis & the Process Explorer log, unfortunate uTorrent does not create a dmp file.

Please advise what other info I can provide to help resolve the issue?
