Where are seeds coming from?

I have a torrent that I am downloading in uTorrent 2.2. DHT, peer discovery, and peer exchange are not allowed (by the torrent). I am connected to two trackers, and the status is working. Seeds, peers, and downloaded all show as 0. This was the way the torrent was when loaded, and it has not changed.

I am currently downloading from 19 seeders and 16 peers. Where could these have come from?

Note - the trackers are rutracker.org and they always show 0 seeds and peers on every torrent. Normally there are seeds and peers from DHT, but this is the first time that I have seen the not allowed flag.
