Unstable Speeds Pic included

So im having issues reaching a good speed. I have tried this with many torrents

Here is a picture of a torrent starting up, the fluctuations are constant through out the whole download. Same behavior on other torrents left over night. I have followed the speed guides and tweak to hell

What my download does basically is go up to my max 700kB/s too even 1mB/s sometimes but then drops after about 1 minute. The download then floats from 75kB/s too 400kB/s

Does this on all torrents tested 5 overnight

I'd like your opinion on what this graph shows, and how or what i can adjust to stabilize my downloads

But now my issue is just keeping my download speed steady.

current settings

Upload set : 17

global max connections: 90

Connections per torrent: 60

DHT:disabled

Rest are on default settings.

Any help would be great

Have you tried: DHT enabled, more global connections and maybe some portforwarding.
