Red status bar no matter what - help!

Hi all, I've been reading the forums, looking through the stickies, messing with my internet connection to try and get this red bar crap to go away... I was downloading torrents just fine a few days ago when out of nowhere I've been getting red bars.

I've tried changing my settings and messing with the preferences like Ultima said to do on the sticky, but nothing has changed. Sometimes if I restart my router I can get it to start downloading for five minutes but then it goes red. I have no idea what could have caused this, it's really frustrating!

I'm leaving it on force start while I go to my afternoon classes - but I don't think anything's really going to change.
