Ability to reset drive-destination for established torrents

Situation: a network drive fails, or you simply wish to start over on a different drive letter -- uTorrent has not apparent capacity to change the destination of an already-existent torrent (meaning that the only way, aside from laboriously attempting to find it on the 'net again, is to go dig through uTorrent's app-data folder (usually hidden) to find the back-up file, close the existing torrent, drag-drop the back-up, and chose the newer destination.)

Should be an easy code:

If user requests destination change....

...get confirmation

...re-check on new destination (in case anything is there)

...offer to move existing files (if any can be found at the old destination)

...offer to delete any existing files (if found) and moving.
