Not being allowed to set download location when adding a new torrent

Up until yesterday, every time I added a new torrent I was prompted to set the location for the download. Now all of a sudden, I am not being asked and all downloads are going to one location by default. I can still right click and go to advanced > set download location and change it to where I want to go, but this is annoying, and I am assuming there is a probably an easy way to fix this. I have quite a collection and downloading everything to one spot and then having to organize later is just inconvenient. Anyone know how I can get it to be prompted for the download location from the start? Thanks

Preferences -> UI Settings -> show a dialog that displays the files inside the torrent
