"Maximum simultaneous downloads" on a toolbar

I think it would be very helpful to include an option found in settings "maximum simultaneous downloads" on a toolbar. Because:

I have a 8 Mbits/sec channel. Most of the torrents that have a decent seed count use all of my channel. So I set the above option to 1, so the first torrent in the queue would download as fast as possible. But half of the time I encounter torrents with a few seeds, such torrent's use only a small part of my channel, so I obviously want to set that setting to 2 or more, to download several slow torrent's simultaneously. I have to do it pretty often, and sometimes I forget to switch it back. And each time I have to go to the settings, look for it in the menu and so on.... you got the drill I hope.
