hi all, only used torrents for a few weeks, have a not connectible sign at the bottom of my torrents page, need to open a port, any ideas on how i do that, appreciate any replies

hi there, looked at the sites you suggested but no joy, am not too well up with the computer so it's a bit hard for me to follow instructions, appear to have the settings correct though, not sure what to do next
