cikulisu Posted March 15, 2011 Report Posted March 15, 2011 it's a great feature, i can limit my upload to a reasonable rate so utorrent doesn't shut down the home network entirely. the problem is it no longer works. since about 2.2 it maxes out my connection no matter what i do. what gives? it worked perfectly before ;_:
