Unable to download file using newly created torrent file

Hi,

I have downloaded the PeerTracker source (http://code.google.com/p/peertracker/downloads/list) and made the PeerTracker code to work on WAMP.

I have used "http://192.168.1.151/announce.php" to invoke the Tracker and have downloaded the uTorrent Client to test the Tracker. For testing purpose, I've created a new torrent file, gave the correct source path and mentioned "http://192.168.1.151/announce.php" as Tracker while creating torrent file.

Afterwards I opened the torrent file using an uTorrent client from another PC (connected to the same n/w) and tried to download the file. But I observe that I am able to connect to the Tracker which runs on difference PC and couldn't download the file (always shows the downloaded % as 0).

Can you please help me to resolve the problem ?
