UPnP/NAT-PMP port problems... tried searching but came up empty...

I'll give ya a little back log and info first.

I've used Utorrent before and used it regularly for a while so I'm pretty confident in what I'm doing. I've used it a couple times in the last couple week without a problem. I'm running a linksys wrt54g router with windows 7. Internet provider is Comcast(they do try to block/limit p2p torrents).

Now on to the issue and what I've tried so far.

I try to download now without changing one single thing from the above configuration and settings and it comes up with an error. I ran the test and it says I can still download but my port mapping for UPnP and NAT-PMP are not enabled. When I go into preferences to change it they are enabled. I have a firewall exception in place and I even tried randomizing the port but all to no avail. I also went to the protocol encryption and tried it on enable and then on forced as well, all the time having the "allow incoming legacy connections" checked.

I'm at the point where I feel I've tried all I know and would love some help from someone that is more knowledgeable in this area of Utorrents inner workings...

Thanks Brandon
