Seed forever but not Force Seed

Hi,

I'd like to see the 'Limit the upload rate' checkbox added to the 'Torrent Properties' box of each torrent and to the same box in the 'Add new torrent > Advanced...' box.

The difference between this and 'Force Seed' is that I want all activity to stop when the scheduler turns off torrents.

Ratio is <= -1

-1 will be read by the client as infinity in that particular spot.

Yeah. I actually do the opposite of what you do. I have the Seeding Priority ratio set to -1, and I manually set a ratio for torrents that I want to stop at a certain ratio. Still, it's the same principle.
