gallatea Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 Hi AllI used to use Dial up connection(7.2 mb/sec with 15Gb allowance per month)I know it was shitty. Now I have broadband 20mb unlimited download.I was wondering why every time when I was using Dial up connection to download a film It was always taking 2 as much allowance from my than the film it self:Example:The film is 700mb and I have used 1.3gb to download it? Or The whole movie collection 8gb and It took 15 gb to complete.Where is all that waist going? I know that there's downloading and uploading and seeding. But even before I allow seeding I experience a lot of allowance waist.Has anyone have an answer to my question. Is is because I was using Dial up, or maybe the same thing is happening right now on my broadband but because I have unlimited download I can't notice that....
