Failıre: Your client does not support compact announces

I am getting this tracker error from one the private trackers. It shows up everytime i restart my computer. sometimes it just goes away with updating tracker but sometimes it stays. I can not download or upload when torrents give this error and it is annoying. I searched it from google and can't find anything.

Is there anyone who can tell me the reason i get this error?

It's a bug in the tracker.

so i should report to admins for a fix there is nothing wrong with my connection or pc?

Unless a software package on your system is mangling the announces, the problem is 100% tracker side.
