Append Torrent Label stopping Torrents from Moving When Completed..

I have a system on my uTorrent whereas when a torrent is downloading it will reside in this folder -

D:\Downloading\

When it completes it is moved to this folder -

D:\Downloaded\

When I click the "Append Torrent Label" option though, the functionality of this feature suddenly stops working, torrents don't leave the "Downloading" folder, nor does the 'append torrent label' feature work..

uTorrent Version - uTorrent 2.2.1

OS - Windows Server 2003

Anything I can do?

Upgrade to 2.2.1 and retry.
