hello. all of a sudden 3 days ago my uTorrent started uploading very slow, from 20kb/s to 80kb/s, so i did the Setup Guide in uTorrent and apparently there's a problem. this is from 5 minutes ago:

also from 5 minutes ago this from Speedtest:

so the problem isn't with my Internet right? there's a problem with uTorrent right? there's nothing wrong with downloading because it downloads with maximum speed al the time -> 2.2MB/s. the problem is only with uploading...at the moment it's uploading only 40kb/s for about 3 hours now, but there are over 100 leechers so it should be uploading like crazy:rolleyes:

i have uTorrent in the EXCEPTIONS in Windows Firewall. do i have to change some things/numbers in the uTorrent PREFERENCES -> CONNECTION, BANDWIDTH, BITTORRENT, ADVANCED, something else? i don't know much about uTorrent PORTS, any help would be great...:/

I didn't want to open new thread, because my I have a similar problem, except my upload/download speeds are fine most of the time, but uTorrent shows the same Port is not open(you are still able to download) message. I am using uTorrent 2.0.4.

I have a cable modem, and no setup, according to information I have, my ISP allows all ports.

I have a firewall, but even when I disabled it (Windows XP Firewall is also disabled), I still get the same message.

I found the online service for checking open ports on http://www.canyouseeme.org/, and it shows my uTorrent configured port is open. Private tracker I'm using also shows I am connectible.

I wanted to upload some new torrents, but I'm worried will I be able to seed them?
