warbrngr
After the recent update, I was getting the "an attempt was made to access a socket..." error. I wasn't able to connect to any peers or start any downloads. When I started the program up today to see if anything had changed, it closed every time that I tried to add a torrent. As far as I can tell I am connected now because at the bottom of utorrent it says DHT: XX nodes (login) whereas the other day it said something about DHT: (waiting to login)Any help would be appreciated. I am usually decent at fixing this stuff myself but not this time.

warbrngr
I went ahead and upgraded from windows xp pro sp3 to windows 7 ultimate and utorrent is working great again. I was overdue to update my os anyway and the utorrent problem was a great motivator. Thank you for the help, I guess.
