Your screenshots don't prove that things are misreporting. And your settings are extremely poor for your connection.

2.0.4 reported all good with the same config and network. port has been opened/forwarded at router. no firewall on xp.

With a 999 global connection limit, you're going to have a lot of inactive torrents.

Turn down the number of active torrents. This isn't emule.

It's still "not connectable" after changed to ur recommendation.

I figured out it could due to proxy setting. I disabled proxy and it turned green and "connectable". Anyway, it does not affect my connection at all, it just reported the wrong status.
