pkropp
I am a very satisfied user of uTorrent on Windows. So I thought i'd try it on the Mac as an alternate to Transmission. I downloaded (yesterday) the latest beta. My Mac is an MBPro 3,1 with OS X 10.6.7 and all relevant updates. Two observations:1 - When I simply double-click on a valid torrent file, after the confirmation dialogue the associated file appears in the list and download activity appears to begin, but uTorrent itself is locked up and will not take further input via menu or mouse selection. Working adds that don't lock up the program can be done via the Add button though.2 - I agree this version seems to be a processor hog. For me this varies between 15 and 25 percent via the Activity Monitor.
aarohead
I am having the same issue; every now and then adding a torrent makes it so I can't click on anything in the main window. I also cannot quit and am forced to Force Quit. I am on v1.1.0 btw.
DreadWingKnight
Even though 1.5.2 is out?
