Computer crashed now Utorrent isn't working

My computer crashed while i was using Utorrent and now it doesn't work. A red circle with an explanation mark came up next to all the torrents and they all say 0%. I've tried force-recheck but it hasn't done anything. Some of my downloads were up to 80%. Is there any way to fix the problem and resume the download at 80%?
