There's only 1 way I can think of to make it better and that's for an option to automatically ban peers that send bad data. With anti-P2P groups 'poisoning' a lot of torrents lately, this is useful so you don't waste time DLing junk. Firon Posted October 15, 2005 Report Share Posted October 15, 2005 It does ban peers that send bad chunks, and if you use Peerguardian 2, from www.phoenixlabs.org, you can prevent most of the fake peers from even connecting, as well as helping protect you from being monitored by them for lawsuits and such.
