fvultee Posted April 12, 2011 Report Posted April 12, 2011 Up until my most recent uTorrent update, the .torrent files would disappear automatically after the download was complete. Now no matter what setting I choose, the .torrent files persist and I have to repeatedly delete them manually. Is there any way to get these things to delete themselves? Does this have anything to do with my now using Chrome instead of Firefox?
moogly Posted April 12, 2011 Report Posted April 12, 2011 No. µT deletes only the .torrents stored in %appdata%\utorrent or in the .torrent storage folder set in Preferences > Directories. And be sure you set the "delete" button in µT with the option "delete .torrent" (right click).
fvultee Posted July 23, 2011 Author Report Posted July 23, 2011 ok where is this "delete" button in UT with the "delete .torrent" option, I don't see it anywhere. My .torrent files still persist and I have to delete them manually 1 by 1...
