BUG [Do not alocate space for torrent corectly]

uTorrent version 2.2.1 build 25130

Utorrent does not alocate space in advance correctly.

Then download beigins and report error

Error: Element not found.

for current downloading torrent minutes later.

If u free enough space and start torrent again, all is well.

But uTorrent would have to report error at start and not allow starting torrent.

Turn on pre-allocate if you want that behavior.
