tantrictim Posted April 15, 2011 Report Share Posted April 15, 2011 i am new so need some guidance here, i have specified the directory where i want to store my pending and completed torrents and downloads respectively on my local hard drive, but i remove them from the actual uTorrent app once they are completed mostly because it looks neater, not that i dont want to share, so my question is, should i leave them in the app or can other users still access my completed torrents, downloads, etc. from my local hard drive? DreadWingKnight Posted April 15, 2011 Report Share Posted April 15, 2011 Tasks that are not loaded in uTorrent (either because you never loaded them or because you removed them) are NOT accessible to people outside.You're cutting people off if you're removing them after completing downloading. tantrictim Posted April 15, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 15, 2011 thanks for the prompt response, i will remember to leave them "inside" the app from now, unfortunately when i tried to move my completed torrents back to the app, it started to download them again, so is there a way i could get them back in as "completed" torrents?
