Douglas_D777
Same here. I am running Windows 7, uTorrent 3.0 32 bit on a 64bit machine. I have turned all firewalls off, all antivirus off, anti adware off, reset everything tried it again same problem. No Seeds, No Peers. Checked my ISP no throttling, no restrictions. Hmm, any help out there? It completely screamed for about 25 download and then nothing. I have tried reloading the torrents, nothing. Let me know what else you need to know or how to fix this. DreadWingKnight
I have turned all firewalls off, all antivirus off, anti adware offKnowing what packages you have "turned off" will tell us if they will actually listen when you tell them to turn off. Douglas_D777
Microsoft Defender and Firewall, Trend Micro Titanium all turned off through the Task manager.
DreadWingKnight
Trend Micro doesn't actually "turn off" when you do that. You need to either re-do the exceptions for uTorrent in it or uninstall it temporarily to make sure it's not interfering. Douglas_D777
Ok Uninstalled Trend Micro, Windows Defender and firewall are off. Still nothing. I forgot to mention that the "Get Started" page won't load and the setup guide cannot connect. The setup guide says "offline(timed out) and the network part says, "Port is not open....". My modem/router was set up by the nice guys at Motorola.
