HellBomb Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 For some reason all my speeds are limited, my speedtest is aboutWhile i cannot get a connection of over 300kb/s weither it be uTorrent, Firefox etc. My internet comes strait from my phone, so no router.
