kielmaru Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 Title says it all. I tried lowering the upload limit of what I'm downloading. I still can browse but sometimes, i cant open webpages. I only have ONE torrent that is currently downloading. But when Im downloading something from my browser or direct downloading, i still can browse the internet just fine. JamyTechLab Posted May 3, 2011 Report Share Posted May 3, 2011 Its a common problem and I faced it myself and ended up writing a softwareTry this..its my own software:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=73450Well, I am not sure you can browse with ease without limiting or stopping your torrent downloads.This application has a feature to limit your upload and download speeds or pause your torrents so long your web browser (or any other software) is running.
