uTorrent not working anymore

I've been a loyal uTorrent user for a few years now, and my windows 7 desktop refuses to run the software.

I've checked my firewall and added an exception, to let uTorrent roam freely within the inards of my PC, and still........ Nothing.

I have one partial download at 65%, and everytime I restart uTorrent, it cycles thru the checking of the torrent, then abruptly shuts down.

I am presently using Norton Security Suite 2011 (paid subscription)
