uTorrent wants to redownload torrents

Hi guys

Bit of a problem here. I just updated to utorrent 3.0 beta and when it started up i got the following error message: "Error: Invalid download state. Please try resuming

I got this message for pretty much all of my torrents. Quick search on google recommended right clicking on the torrent, press start and then selecting force re-check. I did that and the error messages disappeared. But now I've got about 20 torrents that are re-downloading(ive paused them all)

Anybody know what I can do coz I don't want to remove the torrent because I like to seed.
