proeverett Posted May 6, 2011 Report Share Posted May 6, 2011 I tweaked settings, reset them, tweaked again and my uploads are still slow. I only have one torrent to offer. It's Drupal Quickstart, and open source file. The download came so fast it was amazing (35min about 1.3gigs). My upload speed crawls at 3-12kb/sec. I use the public library connection.Any ideas?
