Download locations.

Hello,

I've been having problems with download locations lately. Sometimes torrents just download to a random location. While tracing back my steps I found out that all the "random" locations are listed in this windows save as:

So... How to remove these locations? They change when I scroll without clicking the file list 1st and that in turn leads to files in random locations... Any help?
