Problem with the setup testing

I can not get the setup test to run from any sight. I need to do this so that I can get the thing configured properly. It says my posts are not open, but both are checked to forward, and the firewall is set to allow all ports. When I try to run a test I either get a message that a local network problem stopped the test or that the connection times put, or there is one more, but now I can't get it to show me that one. This thing is running really slowly, and I would like to figure out how to fix it.
