xtianimperio Posted May 12, 2011 Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 So my normal download speed was 250kB/s but it plummeted down to 20kb 3 weeks ago and i tried everything that can be done though reformatting my PC is my last resort. I've scanned for viruses but there was none and my firewall is off. I uninstalled my norton by Norton removal tool so i don't have an AV right now. What should i do? I've tried my ISP to my sisters PC and it worked the way it should be. Is there something wrong in my PC or what? But i do get a decent browsing speed.
