Using with ShowRSS, saving to TV Show Folders

I have recently switched to uTorrent from Transmission and use Catch/ShowRSS. Catch is configured to save torrents by show (to their own TV Show folder) and Transmission had the option to save files to the same location that the torrent was stored, thus no need to move downloaded files and my media center was 'fully automated'.

Is there the option to do this in uTorrent? I've experimented with the "Directories" tab in preferences but it doesn't seem to work.

Catch is set up to save torrents to a ~/TV Shows folder and the 'Organize torrents in folders by show name" option is checked. Thanks in advance and for your patience as I'm obviously a uTorrent newbie.
