Suggetion to improve uTS(µTorrent Translation System)

I have an idea about improving uTS.

Why doesn't uTS reconize same sentences between old and new build?

Almost everytime I can find some exatly same(duplicated) sentences as old one when I recieve "new translation available" notice mail.

It's very annoying task to search duplicated sentences from old translation.

I only need to "copy and paste" if I find duplicates, and it takes too much of my time when there are many duplicates, while it would take few microseconds if it is checked by the system automatically.
