Tomwa
Not going to go extremely into detail here but I'll try to summarize my thoughts clearly. I'm aware this seems somewhat ridiculous and it probably isn't implemented into utorrent but it would greatly automatize the torrenting process for me. I store all my downloads in a Password Protected archive (a 7zip archive), the archive is at present about 480GB and I was wondering if it would be possible to get utorrent to download into the archive if given the password. I'm fairly certain utorrent can't do this (since it doesn't have a method of archiving built in, and since it would have to use the external 7zip to compress the files) but would this be possible to implement? The 450GB file is slightly over 600GB uncompressed. The idea intrigues me as it would no longer require me to manually move and compress the downloads. moogly
It's really a poor method to protect your data, use a program like TrueCrypt. It's more comfortable to use.
Tomwa
The space saving aspect is really what matters the password is there only for the sake of having a password lol.
