DreadWingKnight Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 Between the fact that you have no global upload limit defined and the fact that you probably have "Limit Local Peer Bandwidth" disabled in Preferences - BitTorrent, it's not surprising you're getting this behavior.
