barneszilla Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 HiI recently moved house, also moved from Virgin to Sky BroadbandThe speeds are great but one thing that is wrong is downloading torrents... when I download, for the first 5 minutes it will burst at the highest speed, i.e. 2MBps download, then slowly throttle down to 10-90KBps If I reset uTorrent and it starts downloading...it does it again, bursts then throttlesI've switched out my router and everything...I was wondering if there was a way, anything I could do to set it up to automatically shut off and back on every 5 minutes to get around this ridiculous throttling mechanismAny help would be massively appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
