honeykim Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 i'm in south korea. and i'm using SK broadbrand. i never had any problems until a few days ago. i did speedtest, and download is 30 MB and upload is 9 MB. someone suggested this other test (forgot the name) but it basically showed my ISP wasn't allowing..?i've changed ports, tried changing around on the preferences (saw some other forums with advice on to speeding up)i'm using avast firewall, and ive turned it off. NOTHING IS WORKING!!! as far as ive noticed, there's always the green tick on the bottom. once in a while i noticed a triangle but it'd go away. any advice?
