How to make utorrent stop and quit programly?

Hi,all

I have utorrent running in my XP PC. I have set my XP PC reboot everyday on 1:00. But I found that every time after XP start, utorrent will do file check. I have hundreds torrents, some of them are 2G/4G task. I really dont need this file check.

I did a little google and found this: set preferences> advanced> bt.graceful_shutdown to true. But utorrent will do the check anyway.

I would like to know is it possible to make utorrent stop and quit programly, so I can make utorrent quit before XP PC reboot.

Just use the MSDos function tskill in a .bat:

system("tskill utorrent");

and a command to reboot the computer.

In Windows Process Manager, you need to add a planified job to run this .bat at the time you desire.
