Rechecks Stopped

After a crash, my drive letters changed, and, of course, uTorrent reported invalid locations for the files.

I reassigned the drive letters to their previous configuration, and forced uTorrent to recheck all the torrents. About half of the rechecks show as "stopped," and if I restart them or force a recheck they stop at the same point. Some, which never started, are listed as stopped also. About a third of the rechecks completed flawlessly. I have verified that all the files are in place and the drive lettered properly. All the torrents were downloaded with all the files initially.

How can I fix this?
