Sudden Very Slow Download On Only 1 Computer. Upload Still Fast.

Hey,

a few days ago, I noticed that, when downloading on my HP laptop, the speed is stuck at around 3KB/S (I normally get 280KB/S here and 1.3MB/S at university). Uploading is fine and remains at whatever limit I set (usually 9 - 70 KB/S).

I checked the 2 other laptops in our house and they download fine and at full speed (but I rarely use them for downloading). The settings are the same for all 3 laptops including the anti-virus, etc.

This is very sudden and was working fine for the past few months. I made no changes I am aware of.

I can still download at full speed from sites like megaupload. I tried other clients and they all have the same problem. I have been through the set up guides and searched the forum to find no solution.

The torrents themselves have around 3000 seeders and 1100 leachers or better.

Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I am using 64 bit Windows 7.
