Utorrent 2.2.1 showing incorrect seeds/peers

Hi,i updated from 1.8.5 to 2.2.1 because of the problem i am facing since i week with regard to high/abnormal peer count even though actual peers are few .i thought updating to 2.2.1 would fix this but the situation remains the same as u can see -

as u can see,the tracker is showing 0 seeds/peers but the client shows 200+ peers .i have been using utorrent for years and never experienced such a problem before,i noticed it since past 1 week.

if someone could kindly help me out with this problem.
