Best settings for low uTP overhead?

Hi

As the topic says what are the best settings to have lowest possible utp overhead?

I have adsl 24/1 which only uploads 100kB/s at best so i need every little bit. With tcp only i get up to 105kB and 2-4kB overhead, utp enabled i have average of 12-15kB overhead and speed little over 90.

Win7x64 / uTorrent 3.0 RC4

Settings i've changed:

bt.tcp_rate_control *false

net.utp_dynamic_packet_size *false

net.utp_initial_packet_size *8

Other settings are default or suited to my connection. These are just taken from some guide and i'm wondering are these still valid or could i change something for better.
