Updated to 3.0 and now lots of errors

Hi,

I updated uTorrent to 3.0 and now I am getting these errors on over 3/4 of my seeded torrents:

Error:Missing files

or

Error: Invalid download state, try resuming.

When I ran a Force Recheck every torrent that had these errors are now stuck at 99.9% when previously they were seeding at 100%.

Any clues to what is worng?

My OS is XP if that helps.
