uTorrent window pops out on system start-up

I checked both

Options > Preferences > General > Windows Integration > Start uTorrent on system startup

and

Options > Preferences > General > Windows Integration > Minimize on system start

but it still doesn't hide main window, it is on top and visible on system startup.

How do I fix this?

Version: uTorrent 3.0 (build: 25377) [32-bit]

OS: Windows 7 Starter, 32-bit, SP1, Up-to-date
