proximity Posted June 16, 2011 Report Share Posted June 16, 2011 This is occassional buggy behaviour of µTorrent.Having checked Append .!ut to incomplete files won't ensure all files ale always in finished torrent renamed to real names, instead µTorrent leaves the incomplete extension on them even after stopping finished torrentThis is a bug, please fix it as it sucks, files with .!ut I m confused if they are complete or not Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
proximity Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2011 No one have confirmed that?I struggle with this problem a long time and it really suxx.I stop finished torrent with completeness rate 100%, inside downloaded files I see often files with *.!ut extension. I have to rename them manually. Having to check manually downloaded files is real time saver :rolleyes: Why doesnot uTorrent rename properly????????? It's odd because it was fine for a long time and then just started to do it, even though I haven't upgraded uTorrent (currently on v2.2.1). Also, the torrent is reported as 'Error: Invalid download state, try resuming' in uTorrent, even after I remove the .!ut from the file, so I loose the ability to share files which I have finished downloading.
