0verture1001
My current router needs to be reset sometimes after running uTorrent. I can hardly browse the internet when I have uTorrent on. I'd like to try a new router. Anyone able to recommend something that won't choke if I have hundreds of active torrents?
bbmak
My suggestion is ASUS RT-N16 with DDWRT flashed. I never have a problem while downloading at full speed and browsing the web.Not sure if okay for 100s of active torrents. Most of the time, I have 10 active torrents only. ktetch
your problem is you've got hundreds of torrents. If you've not got a very fast upload, you're killing your connection. cut down on the number of active torrents, see this table http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=295637#p295637use those settings.Running more torrents doesn't make things faster, it makes it slower.
