Problem after utorrent shutdown PC then booting up next day.

Hi need some help been using utorrent for over 10 or 15 yrs and never had this problem, l am using latest ver 2.2.1 after setting utorrent to turn off after finishing all downloads like l always hv done, the next day on turning PC on l get this When i boot up, a message "system type file is NTFS...checking disk for consistency" something along those lines for drive C which is new SD 120GB drive this only started happening the last few days when it does the check everything is ok boots np, l tried trying turning PC off normally then restarting and l do not get the message l seem to only get it when utorrent turns PC off.

should l do this CHKNTFS is a utility that has been developed by Microsoft to disable disk checking on certain drives at Windows startup. To use this utility go to Start –> Run –> cmd.

If you want to disable check disk on C: drive, use the following command on command prompt.

chkntfs /X C:

or is there a setting in uttorent to fix this?

windows 7 64 SP1 everything has the lastest versions of software and nothing has been loaded new since l reloaded PC 2 weeks ago.

i7 950 cpu, 5870 ati.
