Program Not Opening, Shows Two Processes

I posted in another thread, but went ahead and posted my results and problem in a new thread. I hope I am posting the right log results...

I am running the latest version. Whenever I go to open the program, it seems like it's loading, but the window never opens up. I can wait 5 minutes and nothing shows up. I can click CTRL/ALT/DELETE and click on Processes, and there will be two uTorrent.exe files listed. When I go to end one of the processes the program window finally pops up. Sometimes it will work fine, but most of the time I have the problems mentioned here.
